At World Academy, your child benefits from daily interactions with high quality, experienced educators and educarers who are committed to your child’s development, enrichment and success. Our educational approach is based on the observation and assessment of each child’s interests, strengths and needs; then we use this information to inform our teaching. Our staff of degreed and inspired professionals are continuously supporting and interacting with each other and the children to best maximize on success for your child.
We choose educators with degrees in Early childhood Education, Elementary and Enrichment fields who are team players and meet our high standards of qualifications. With a few exceptions our entire staff is certified in CPR/First Aid. We look for teachers with heart, as well as intellect; teachers who are strong intuitively and academically and teachers who will care for and educate your child in a respectful manner.
